hello everyone so i was programming my ergo jr and one day i just turn it on and my motors just desapear from the web interface i cant no longer control them and it pops up this message “Group < motors >is not in the aivailable group of your robot”. please help me

Can you copy the log message which is displayed when you click in the “What’s Happen” section from the home web interface ?
well right now i cant but tomorrow yes sure i check that section and appears soething poppy_start_service something like that im not sure but it tryes 5 times to start the robot and it didnt star.
Yes, but after, it should have an error message which describe what’s wrong (an unplug wire, etc).
