Motor configuration problem

Hello,

I have a problem with the motor configuration
Normally i should get this type of message :

For on motor only

Does it mean the motor is dead ?

What should i do with this motor ?

Is it reproducible (with the same motor, different wires and any target id) ?

It can be an electronic issue with the motor. If it is a motor bought from Generation Robot you should see with their after-sales service ; if it is a loan from Inria, you could give us back.
