Poppy at the OWF Conference

Hello !

Poppy project was present at the INRIA stand for the OWF conference that was held last week in Paris. Patrick Guillaud and Stephane Ribas from the D2T team (INRIA) presented on the stand the project.
We spent a very good time :smile:

We have shown how this version of poppy works :wink:

  • Flowers team has added a wifi connexion, and we can control the robot from a web interface, check the video and you will see…

PS: during OWF, We had also to open the head of the robot to re-plug one electronic component ! nice operation, poppy is still alive, no worries !

Technically the head movement seems very jerky, that should not help OpenCV or the software used for vision.

Yes, you are right, in fact, I will change the code soon :smile:to make the movement smoothy as the legs and the arms do.
