The module--RS485 made by FT232RL

Good afternoon~all,thank you for reading my posts firstly. Let’s go into the subject directly .
Please look at the following picture:


This is the circuit I design. I would like to use FT232RL(this one) to make a module – RS485 converted by USB. I can’t understand why the two pins of VP3082 (the receiver enable/POWEREN) always are keeping low? What I send,what I receive in the situation of not connecting any devices !

Could anyone help me out?Thank you in advance！

The pictures are broken, so we cannot see them.

On the other hand there are lots of already made USB to RS-485 dongles. Have a look on eBay and search for “USB RS-485” and you should see a bunch.

If you fix the pictures maybe we can also understand what is the problem you have.
