Torso: No suitable port found for ids

Hi,
I’m trying to connect Dynamixel motors with Poppy Torso using Odroid xu-4. But I keep getting the error:

IOError: Connection to the robot failed! No suitable port found for ids [33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 41, 42, 43, 44, 51, 52, 53, 54]. These ids are missing [33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 41, 42, 43, 44, 51, 52, 53, 54] !

Anyone has faced this error before?

as for this post, I have 2 questions :

  • have you configured the motors ? (ID, baudrate = 1000000, return delay time=0)
  • is the power supply well connected to the motors ?
